  • 00:29:24: Finished (???) revisions after K- pointed out motivation gap for major character. Fixed, I hope.

I think I'll stick to making bread...baklava looks really, really complicated and the product isn't the best thing for me, much as I enjoy it.

Fortunately, our local Greek Orthodox church only has one bake sale per year. I pre-order, fill the freezer with spanakopita, and get one or two trays of the evil sweet to bring to work and share. That way, Matt and I get only a piece or two.
