Congrats!

I noticed while browsing the "Space Opera" subgenre on Amazon that all 5 of the Vatta books are within the top 100 there, and Trading in Danger was number 2 when I was looking (which is nice, because it implies new people just getting started on the series).

I'm curious why 'Marque and Reprisal' was renamed 'Moving Target' for the UK. Is that something you'd be willing to comment on?

Sure. My UK editor didn't want it called "Marque and Reprisal" on the grounds that UK readers wouldn't understand the title. I thought that was funny, given that privateering was practically invented by the English, but he insisted on a different title.

I'm having to retitle another book for my UK publisher, this time the first UK edition of an omnibus. Markets differ.

marque and reprisal

Heck, lots of your American readers probably didn't understand what it meant. Still worked.
