Stock making ! :)

Completely unrelated, just wanted to thank you for the stock help. We have been changing our family eating habits back to what we're evolved to eat, including whole grains, a lot less salt, natural sugars and not much of those, no additives, etc. We are losing weight/inches just by eating better quality food, and the stock is heavenly! The kids requested soup three times during the first week alone, because it tasted so much better than the usual cans of store-bought soup. I'm new to it, but I followed many of your suggestions, and I credit you for making it a success right off the bat.

Many hugs from me!

Gretchen S., MN

PS I requested a copy of your second book, as I just got notification that the library has ordered them! :) *happy dance*

Re: Stock making ! :)

So glad you're enjoying your own stock and that my suggestions worked for you. (Sudden eruption of guilt as last night I ate All the Wrong Stuff and yet it felt good.)
